Jill Sleight is a Certified Athletic Trainer, certified through the National Athletic Trainers Association (BOC) and a graduate of San Diego State University. Jill has been providing athletic training services for Mizuno Long Beach Volleyball Club since 2001. She is Executive Director of the West Coast Sports Medicine Foundation, and the Co-Founder of the Team to Win high school sports medicine program which serves 22 local high schools and 12,000 student athletes. Jill is the Head Athletic Trainer for the West Coast Center for Orthopedic Surgery and Sports Medicine in Manhattan Beach, California, where she coordinates care for many professional, collegiate and high school athletes. Jill was an Athletic Trainer with the Long Beach Ice Dog Hockey team for 6 years. Jill has served for the last 10 years on the CIF (California Interscholastic Federation) Sports Medicine Committee, and served a four year term on the NFHS, National Federation of High Schools Sports Medicine Committee. In addition, Jill is a faculty member assisting in coordinating the Sports Medicine Fellowship Program shared through Harbor UCLA, Kaiser, and the WCSMF.
